I will be traveling from Florence to Monterosso and have to change trains at La Spezia Migliarina. Connection time is 6 minutes. Is it enough?

that may not be enough but if you miss your train ticket is good to hop on the next one.
they come every 15 to 20 minutes. It's just a little regional train.

There are only 2 tracks in La Spezia. so you have two platforms to look for
