Connecting to Frecciargento At Termini- need help

Many years ago I arrived in Verona at 9 PM thinking I could easily make a bus connection to airport. I believe place and time explained why no one spoke English. There were so many bus stops outside, I had no idea where to start. My husband has never let me forget that we got dropped off at a traffic rotarty! Luckily the hotel had a big sign and we spotted it.
Since there will be a rail strike the day we arrive, I have opted for a bus to Salerno, Frecciargento | FRECCIARGENTO 8867.
Do I need any special instructions to find this bus line at Termini? How will I know which stop outside Termini is mine?
Many thanks

FRECCIARGENTO 8867 is a train headed to Reggio Calabria that stops in Salerno at 15:38, where did you get it's a bus?

Incidentally, There are no national railway strikes in the coming months, but if you are right I'd rather be on an high speed train than on a bus. High speed trains never strike, whereas I wouldn't be so sure about buses run by a railway company.

Oh Lord how did I do that! So there is strike Friday. But I don’t understand what trains are affected. It says it’s a national strike so I assumed it would impact a train to Salerno. I understand the strike is over at 4 o’clock but we get in at 8 o’clock in the morning and I was concerned about availability on the train. Would they sell me a ticket to a train if they know they’re going to be on strike? How can I find out what trains are affected? I should’ve realized when it was only an hour and a half that it was the train I do not understand how I made that mistake. Any more information you can give me would be very helpful.

But I don’t understand what trains are affected

It's a national strike of local transit: metro, buses and trams. It will affect some local trains, but Not the high speed and long distance trains travelling between the cities.

Would they sell me a ticket to a train if they know they’re going to be on strike?

Sure they would. They have no way to know if your train's conductors will strike or not.
