confused about cell phones

I asked a questions few days ago about getting a cell phone for while I am in Italy and Greece I was directed to look at Eurbuzz.com.. They seem to have a good deal for $29 for the phone at 79 cents per minute. All I want the cell for is of my partner and I lose each other or to maybe make a reservation while in Italy. This idea seems to be good for me.. But now I keep reading stuff about needing a SIM card and stuff like that. I doubt I will even use the cell phone very much.. But what is the best way.. Can anyone please clarify

I bought a cheap TIM phone in Italy three years ago and still use it. €29 for the phone with ten free minutes, I just buy more minutes as I need them at a tobacco shop. If you only want the phone to find your partner or make reservations, you might just plan a pre-arranged meeting place and time. For restaurant reservations, most hotels have a computer for guests to use and many restaurants take reservations online, or your hotel can make the reservation for you.

Michelle, The Eurobuzz phone that you order ($29.00) will include it's own SIM card. All the hardware that you need will be included. You can verify this by calling their Customer Service Dept. at (888) 792-7647
