I purchased and printed out tickets online for the Colosseo + Palatino+ Foro Romano. I then called Pierreci to reserve a time for a specific underground tour of the Collosseum. The call went well and I did receive an email written in Italian (which I put on translator) and all it is giving me is the amount I paid, operator code, and no specifics showing date or time of tour. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I place another call?
