Where can I get free wifi. I don't think my hotels have it?
I just left CT this morning. Very little free wi-fi. Our hotel gave us a day free but the service was sketchy.
Free wifi is still pretty scarce in Italy, especially in the smaller towns and villages. First, check with your hotels. A lot of them offer wifi, but they charge you for it, which is a pain. Some coffee bars will have wifi that you can use at no extra charge if you buy something. Good luck.
Some of the restaurants in CT have it. You have to ask them for the pass.
We found free WiFi at each of the five places we stayed in Bellagio (Hotel Centrale), Riomaggiore (Locanda del Sole), La Morra (Art Suites), near Mantua (Agriturismo Bortolini), and Malpensa (Hotel Visconti). Not all work perfectly; you may not get connected in your room or other locations at the hotel, but all had WiFi.
We stayed at Frontelagobeb B&B, it was great and free wifi.
Which Hotels are you staying at in those locations? I found this year that every Hotel I stayed at in the six countries I visited provided free Wi-Fi.
