Commedia del Arte?

I'll be in Tuscany for 3 weeks in November;I would love to see a performance done in this Rennisance style. Any clues or suggestions would be appreciated. Are there any troupes in Florence that perform the old stock characters? Thanks.

While it is possible, we have never encountered such performers or companies or even HEARD of them. This is not usual tourist fare and has appeal to history buffs.
Try a google search and see if you strike gold. Buona Fortuna!
