We have our vouchers for the Colosseum Underground Tour for after lunch the day we're there. We want to go to the Forum and Palatine in the morning, but I don't want to have to go all the way to the Colosseum first to trade the voucher for a ticket and then have to double back. Can I just show the voucher at the Forum gate and get in?

No, you'll need to go to the colosseum first to get the tickets. You won't be able to pick them up at the forum. Donna

Can one of you explain to me how this works? I want to buy the Roma Pass for all the reasons Rick recommends it in his book. However, I also want to do the underground tour. Can I just sign up and reserve the underground tour seperate from the Roma pass or do I have to choose one or the other?

You can use the romapass for entry into the colosseum but you'll need to book the underground tour separately as it's not covered by the romapass. You'll need to call to book the tour. There is no way to do this online. The number is 011 39 06 399 67700. Just let them know you'll be using the romapass for entry so you just need to book the tour. It should be 9 euros each. When they ask for your address they mean your email address. Donna

Hello Katherine I am Viviana and i am a guide of Rome, you need to go to the Coliseum to pick up your tickets, I know is not very convenient but this is the only place that can provide you the skip the line tickets for the undergrounds and for the Palatine and the Forum. Please let me say that the tickets are valid also for the next day but you cannot go in the same archeological site, you can enter the Forum one time, the Palatine and the Coliseum one time. With the voucher you will skip the line go to collect the tickets and if you wish go to the Palatine entering from Via di San Gregorio n.30 . The Palatine is connected with the Forum .
