Hi there - I'm having a tough time finding the 'official' ticket sales website to visit the Colosseum -
is this the right one?

there are what looks to be ads on the right hand side to "book now" - but are those official or some third party?

You'll find the different options for the Colosseum under this section:

Those range from basic entry tickets, tours which include the underground, an educational tour with an archaeologist, etc. Right now, tickets are only available a week in advance but I'm guessing that will change closer to spring/summer.
