My family and I have booked the underground and Belvedere tour in August. It starts at 10:45, how early should we get there?
We have to pick up our tickets at the special events desk, do we still have to go through the stern entrance?
We booked a Spanish language tour, as we couldn’t get the English one and unfortunately the email I received with instruction is in Spanish, and as I can’t understand a word , I’m not sure what to do.

We were there last month and did the 9:05am COOP underground and Belvedere tour. We got there about 30 mins early and still had plenty of time to spare.
The stern entrance was the same place you get your tickets. Only one per party were allowed to pick up the tickets.
After I got our tickets, I had to get back outside the gate and wait 10 mins before our tour started before we were allowed in with my family. They have numbered signs on which you meet your Tour Guide.
Note that if your tour is with other companies, the tour guide will be the one picking up the tickets at the office.
