Colosseum, Underground, & Third Ring Tour--- never received confirmation email

Good morning,

My husband made reservations over the phone with Coop Culture for their tour. He was given confirmation number over the phone and told that he would receive an email with the reservation information. He never received the email.

Has this happened to anyone else, and were you able to get in without the printed voucher? I've emailed the company, but have yet to hear back.

Most likely they sent it to the wrong email address because they misunderstood him. You can email them back asking them to send the confirmation email. All you really need is the number but you can try the email if you'd feel better.

Before he contacts them get him to check it is not in the junk folder, promotions folder or similar (depending on what email service you use).
