Hello,
First time travelers to italy, has anyone has used viator (city wonders) to book a colosseum tour? What was your experience? Can't really get information mixed reviews.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Welcome to the forum!
Viator is a third party reseller that doesn't actually run any tours.
Better to book with the actual tour company or book tour thru the Colosseum.

Thank you ChristineH. But let's hope the tickets don't get canceled. Pegged for June 14th. 🤞
I'm confused about who is who - and I haven't done any digging.
Ltd is a British company registration abbreviation which is pronounced and means Limited, a limited company. It is not an Italian abbreviation.
Sounds to me like Viator, an American company, has contracted with a British company to provide the tours through an Italian company in Italy for Americans.
I hope it all holds together for you.
Viator is a mega huge worldwide company - the Google of tour providers - and like google, none of its tours are done by its employees. Each of these layers takes another cut of the income.
