colosseum tour question

Can anyone advise if there is a difference between what portions of the Colosseum that you visit between these two tours:

  • Walks of Italy VIP Colosseum at Night Tour with Underground & Arena Floor
  • Coopculture Colosseum, Underground, and Third Ring Tour

It looks like you get to visit the Third Ring on the Coopculture's tour but not the Walks of Italy tour? We booked our Coopculture tickets this morning and I'm curious if the Walks of Italy tour is the same except with a different atmosphere since it is at night.

The night tours don't include the third tier while the day tours do. Even night tours booked through the official site don't include the third tier. Another thing is these night tours are considered special events and don't include entry to the forum/palatine hill while for the day tour you must purchase an entry ticket which include those two sites.
