Colosseum Tickets - Did I Screw Up?

Despite reading as much as I could about buying tickets to the Colosseum - I think I still managed to screw it up! I've noticed some alarming language on the confirmation PDF :

"VALID 2 DAY IN A ROW FROM THE FIRST USE. IT ALLOWS 1 ENTRANCE TO THE COLOSSEUM AT THE SCHEDULED ENTRANCE
TIME, WITH ACCESS TO THE ARENA OR THE UNDERGROUND FROM STERN ENTRANCE , AND 1 OPEN ENTRANCE TO THE
ROMAN FORUM-PALATINE AREA INCLUDING THE SPECIAL SUPER SITES SUBJETC TO QUOTA LIMITS AND THE IMPERIAL
FORUM.
ALL VISITORS LEADED SHOULD PRESENT AT THE TICKET OFFICE THE LIST OF THE PARTICIPANTS."

This last sentence! I tried to purchase two tickets to skip the line and enter through the Underground to roam the arena at our leisure. Did I buy the wrong ticket and will we not be allowed in without a group? Help!

If I did mess up the tickets, is it possible to call and fix this error? Will we need to spend double the money to repurchase these tickets? Thanks!

I am planning to purchase tickets. Therefore, I read your Q.
Speaking JUST from my reading stuff:

When it says you need to give them a list of the participants, it sounds like wording they may use for the option where you supply your own guide rather than join one of their groups.
There's a ticket option for each of those.

Unfortunately, I've a sneaking suspicion that you've purchased tickets for groups bringing their own guide. On the coopculture site, if you didn't buy tickets for the underground tours that were labeled as "guided visit", then you won't be admitted to the Colosseum without a licensed guide.

Notice that the first option at the top of the page isn' labeled "guided visit". That's the one which requires bringing your own guide. The "Full Experience" options under that provide guided tours, as labeled, for the Underground or Underground/3rd-level, in English, Spanish or Italian.

The underground cannot be accessed/explored without a guide so you needed to either purchase a guided visit or have your own licensed guide. Coopculture hasn't historically been forgiving where changing ticketing errors is concerned but never say never; I'd contact them and see what they can do for you?
