colosseum tickets

Hi, I tried all night to try to get Colosseum tickets, but the system showed "this site can't be reached." Anyone knows what happen?
I used ticketing.colosseo.it/en/
I am planning to visit Colosseum on 8/29.

You're using https://ticketing.colosseo.it/en/, right?
I'm having the same issue, and I'm normally pulling up that website almost every day if not multiple times a day.
My laptop gets the message "Safari can't find the server". I'm thinking they're having some sort of tech issue.

This is to record our experience with acquiring tickets to The Roman Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill towards making it easier for others to get tickets.
We bought tickets on http://ticketing.colosseo.it.
The web site is active during 09:00 to 17:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time) or CET (Central European Time) depending on the time of year. You must access the site when it is active.
You need figure out when to access the web site when it is operating in your time zone. It may be in the middle of the night - like for us in the EST eastern standard time.
Consult a world clock on your phone or computer to see the time difference between your time zone and Rome time.
We got on the web site as soon as it opened...that's 03:00 (AM) for us. There are several choices for tickets. The site worked perfectly - except it wouldn't accept Mastercard for payment as I tried two Mastercards. Visa worked.
I discovered the web site by calling the Colosseum ticket office at +39 06 21115 843.
They sent .pdf copies of the tickets and wallet copies. Best Wishes.

cfraz…the Coliseum ticket website is open and active 24/7…you can buy tickets at any hour of the day…any day of the week, as long as the tickets you want are still available and not sold out.

https://ticketing.colosseo.it/en/

People go on the website as soon as tickets become available for certain areas of the Coliseum such as the Attic and the Underground because the number of available tickets for those areas is very limited and the chance of getting those tickets is very low unless you go on the site the minute they become available. But other tickets are not so limited and are available many days after they go on sale.
