Colosseum tickets

we bought tickets and got a simple receipt with an order number from UniCredit PagOnline. It doesn't even say Colosseum on it.

how does this work?

Check your spam/junk mail. You should get a confirmation email with a reservation code.

You can only print your ticket if you chose that option and if you are only purchasing full priced tickets. If you book a tour, reduced or free tickets you cannot print at home. I would email them to get them to send you the confirmation. Use [email protected]

Did you send the email to the [email protected]? If not, you're not doing what you need to in order to get this resolved. A copy of your credit card charge isn't the same as your reservation number. Send them an email and they can forward the reservation to you. The reason they won't take the charge email is because sometimes the system glitches and you get the charge email and then find out that the reservation didn't actually go through and then you get the charge refund email. You need the reservation email so send them the email and ask them to resend it to you.

They are 6 hours ahead of us and only work 9-5. Give it a day or two.
