I was finally (after many tries) able to purchase colosseum tickets on coopculture for early June. My confirmation stated that I would receive the tickets via my email. I have as of yet not received the tickets. I have sent 3 emails to the email address provided, but have received no response. My credit card has been charged also. Has anyone had this happen to them? I'd like to print the tickets before we leave. Any suggestions?

Email them they are very prompt.
