I just purchased CoopCulture entrance and tour tickets for the Colosseum/Third Ring and Tour. It doesn't state whether I can just go to the gate or if I have to get the tickets at the entrance. CoopCulture stated there would be a place to request one or the other for our purchase. I did not see this option. There is no bar code on my order confirmation. Will I be able to go directly to the gate?
If not, how much time do I need to allow to get the tickets prior to our tour at 12:20?

I purchased tickets for this tour last summer and my tickets did not include a barcode. I was told at the bottom of my tickets to "show this form at the booking desk and collect your tickets". I printed off my tickets and once I got to the Colosseum, I went to the booking desk and asked where I needed to go. There was a pretty long line for us to stand in, but that's because it was mid-June and during busy season. I would give at least 45 minutes to get the tickets prior to your tour (just to be safe).

That's a bummer. Is it a separate line for those who already purchased tickets or was it the same line for those purchasing? Thanks for your help. We will also be there mid-June.

Susan, print out your confirmation and show it to the guard at the front of the lines. He will direct you accordingly. You will go to the special events desk to check in for the tour and find out the meeting place. You can get your tickets at the same time you check in for the tour. You won't wait in the regular ticket lines, which can be an hour or more long.
Give yourself 30-45 minutes prior to the tour to get checked in and through security.
