I would like to book this tour through Coopculture: Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine regular entrance + Undergrounds and Panoramic View English tour Although I can not find the phone number to book it. These tickets have become difficult to get due to the very high demand, rather confusing release dates, and (for those us in the US and Canada) getting up in the middle of the night to try and snag them when they become available.
I was up at 2 am (9am Rome time) to buy tickets for the collosseum on the early release date and spent two hours trying to get through using both a laptop and a PC, all to no avail as the site was apparently crashing. I finally went to bed and got back up at 7 am. The site was working fine and I was able to get the tickets I wanted.
On the other hand, I could never get the official site to work to buy tickets for the Borghese and ended up calling, which was very easy.
