Colosseum reduced kids ticket - is it only good for the 3:15 tour?

I am hoping to buy tickets for the Colosseum online from their website in January - but when I do a practice run for another date - it appears that I can only select the reduced kids ticket price at 3:15pm - is this correct?

The wording I see on the official ticketing website says
“ TICKET COLOSSEUM, ROMAN FORUM, PALATINE_24H

ATTENTION THE FREE TICKET CAN BE USED THROUGHOUT THE OPENING HOURS OF THE MONUMENT. THE TIME INDICATED FOR THE RESERVATION AND ON THE TICKET IS THE LAST ACCESS TIME ALLOWED FOR THE DAY BOOKED.”

I think with the free kids ticket they can go any time up until 3:15, the last admission of the day. When we were there with kids in 2019 we did have to pay a 2€ timed entry for our granddaughters. They took their passports to prove their ages and get their tickets at a separate window without a line. We’d bought our paid tickets on line.
