My family and I are heading to Rome in Mid March. Have been planning our trip since October. Found out that there will be no Audience with the Pope while we are there and now the Colosseum has been closed to check for damage from the heavy snows and ice. Has anyone heard when it might possibly open back up? While we want to be safe, our kids will be devastated to hear that they will not be able to go inside to tour.
