Colosseum booking - what is meant by individual tour?

Hi there,

Anyone bought online guided visit to the Colosseum? I am planning to book under the category below and had a question.

Guided Visit
Colosseum, Roman Forum And Palatine Regular Entrance + Colosseum English Tour (45') From 01/11/19
Duration: .45 min from: € 23.00

While it states guided visit, there are 4 further icons below the description:
- individual tour
- for families
- skip the line
- telephone support

Would anyone be able to help me understand what is meant by the icon indicating 'individual tour'?

Thank you.

Hi -
This is the tour you're looking at, right?

https://ecm.coopculture.it/index.php?option=com_snapp&view=products&catalogid=9A88514C-DC20-8A7C-3680-0167A820AE56&snappTemplate=template3&lang=en

The "individuals" icon means reservations for that tour can be booked by one individual for 1 to (I believe) a maximum of 6 individuals. While those 1-6 individuals will be part of a bigger group - thus the extremely economical price - there are other exclusive tours or entry options, say, teachers should use for larger groups (up to 50) of students. Here is an example of one of their options:

Notice that the icon of a single person you see on the page for the tour you're looking at changes to an icon of many persons on this one above? That means it's a tour or entry tickets offered exclusively for large groups. Here's another example:

This is for an individual booking a group and bringing their own guide, versus using one of coopculture's tours. It's possible this option is what some of the independent guide services use for booking their tours. You see the same icon with many persons.

Make sense? :O)

You're welcome...and sorry for some of the typos I've since fixed. Evidently didn't have my eyes completely open yet yesterday morning!
