I purchased the Colosseum 24 hour arena only ticket. Am I missing a lot by not having access to the tier 1 and tier 2 areas?

I guess the answer is that it depends.
We had a PARCO membership, which gave us separately the arena (which we did 1 day) and then the normal 1st level tour.
I found it easy to get in and out of the arena floor, and I felt you could see pretty much everything. Took about 30 minutes in and out. Note that the entrance to the arena is opposite the ‘normal’ entrance near the metro station.
The next day, we did the 1st floor. The line to get in was longer, and you sort of just move in a giant line around the perimeter. Took about 1.5 hours.
I felt like I would have been fine with just the arena, but you can see more architecture, graffiti, ruins from the 1st level. Also the view down on the arena is a different perspective.
I would say that if we did not have the PARCO membership, and had the arena pass, I would not pay again for the 1st level.
