Does the tour at the Colosseum include all of the Colosseum? The floor and up top?

There are different versions. One includes main area. Another one includes upper level. Another one includes underground. Each have a different price.

There are two top tiers - the Belvedere- that have been closed for years and are still off limits. The Underground, the bottom level, is definitely not included in all tours. You would have to book a tour that specifically includes it to access that level.
