We are going to be in Sorrento and Rome in the middle of March. What's the weather like at that time and the best clothing to bring?

It's been crazy weatherwise. The usual weather pattern would be mid to upper 50s and low 60s during the day and mid 40s at night. But hey, it could snow again!!!!!!

We went in late March and the highs were anywhere from mid 50's to high 60's and lows in the mid 40's to mid 50's. I'd take light clothing but enough to layer. However, Italy has been hit with weird winter weather so I'd keep checking the forecast as your travel dates get closer and be prepared to alter your packing list.
