Is this a reasonable place to stay for visiting Cinque Terre?

I'm assuming you're referring to Villa Clelia in Levanto. We stayed there to visit the Cinque Terre and found it very pleasant. The rooms are nice, clean and host pleasant though they don't speak much English.Breakfast is just a simple do-it-yourself coffee and rolls which was adequate.
Town of Levanto has many nice restaurants and shops.
Its about a 10 minute walk to the train station.
