Classical music sites?

We will be in Italy in May, and are looking for classical music concerts.
When I do a regular google search I have been ending up with shows like Elton John and Metallica and Avril Lavigne!
Not quite what we are looking for!
We are thinking of Vivaldi and Gabrieli and Monteverdi and....you know...those old Italian dudes!
Does anyone know of some good websites that advertise such concerts?
Grazie!

Where are you going to be? I think it will be easier to answer based on your locations.

In Venice there are (or were before Covid) Vivaldi concerts every single night. I saw the Interpreti Veneziani at the Church of San Vidal when I was there and it was excellent. Here is a link to Venice Concerts and yes, it looks like they are still almost nightly.

In Lucca there were frequent Puccini concerts. I did not attend but I am sure there is a similar website for Lucca.

Visit Cremona as in Stradivarius. A lovely city and there is an International Spring Music Festival in May. There's a Event calendar and other info here, although the Festival doesn't have specifics yet: https://www.turismocremona.it/it The Violin Museum there is very interesting for all levels. One large exhibit I loved was a display of many violins with earphones available next to each so one could hear that particular instrument being played by an expert violinist. Even I could hear some of the different qualities.

In Rome, we enjoyed an opera/dance sampler night at a church near the Parthenon. It was relatively cheap, very intimate and the performers were good. There were different performances around town and they published their programs. We chose the one closest to our hotel. It might not be enough for a serious fan but, for us, it was a very pleasant way to pass an evening.
