Civiti or Bagnoregio?

I am going to be travelling to Civiti and was wondering whether to stay in the B and B in Civiti or Bagnoregio?

From what I read, Civita is the place you want to be. It has the charm that Bagnoregio lacks. But the B&B only has 3 rooms so you might not get in.

I have already made our May 2009 reservations at Civita B&B (we're taking all 3 rooms). In my confirmation e-mail from Franco, it's obvious that he's a great Rick Steves fan.
