Hello, we are looking to travel the Cinque Terre & Tuscany areas by train in july, including Lucca, Florence & Bologna with a trip to Chianti for wine tasting. we have the option of travelling to bologna & ending in Cinque Terre or travelling into Pisa for Cinque Terre & ending in Bologna. looking for some advice regarding which way to do this & any pointers you would give me as a first timer especially regarding the village to stay in for the best sunset / food etc in the Cinque Terre

Where are you flying in to and out of? And how many days on the ground do you actually have? You have listed 4 locations, but you didn't mention how long you have to spend. Knowing those two things would help with responses.
