Does anyone know if the coastal Cinque Terre trail is open all the way from Monterosso to Riomaggiore???? Is the link from Manarola to Corniglia fixed or still closed?? I'd appreciate any info on this.

Neva, This is the current situation, according to the Parco Nazionale web site: press.parconazionale5terre.it/newsdett.asp?idprodotto=1436&id_lingue=1 This could change from day-to-day, so I'd check just prior to your trip. I'll be there in September and hope they have things sorted by then. Happy travels!

Yes, it does change regularly. A rainstorm can wash out part of the trail but it won't stay closed. A portion was washed out when we were there so we had to work around it.

We we're there late October. Overall a great time to visit. The weather was great but there had been rain before we arrived.
