We're looking at taking a private tour to Cinque Terre when our ship docks for the day at Livorno. We're looking at Sunflower Tours & Tuscany Tours--does anyone have any experience with either of them? They both sound good.

I can't imagine what a tour can show you that you can't do most of by yourself. Tuscany Tours does not show anything about the CT on their website. Also, the CT is in Liguria and not Tuscany.
What time can you disembarc from the ship and what time do you have to be back? I have a suggested one-day trip to the CT from Florence that is just as good from Livorno that I can post if you wish. I can even link you to the train schedules.
