Have no idea. How about a reference to what you read. Many times ideas get floated but the media blows the report out of proportion.

There are no tickets so just carry on normally. This was incorrect information from a local official who was "thinking out loud" that was unfortunately reported by news media as if it were fact and then blown out of proportion. It's "much ado about nothing".
