This will be my first trip to cinque terre and I will be spending a full day and one night there! I'm staying at hotel Adriana in Monterosso al mare. Any suggestions for boat tours or things to do while at cinque terre? I'm a 32 year old woman traveling solo. Thanks for any input!

The "boat tour" issue has been addressed on your two earlier posts, but maybe you will receive other activity suggestions here.
The main activities are exploring the back corners of the small villages (includes some uphill and stair walking) and longer, more strenuous hikes, such as from Monterosso to Vernazza along the cliff path, or uphill into the vineyards above each town. Rick Steves' Italy book covers the Cinque Terre options well, and for local hiking routes, your hotel or the Tourist Information Office can provide maps. Wine tasting, dining, swimming, and relaxing are also on the list.
