We will be traveling to Cinque Terre in late September. I realize it is a long shot, but does anyone know when repairs to the town-to-town hiking paths will be completed?

There's no way to predict this far in advance what the status of the No. 2 trails will be in late September, especially as this can change from week-to-week due to storms or other local events. I'd suggest checking the official Park website on a regular basis, as it seems to be kept up-to-date reasonably well. It's likely that at least some of the trails will be open, but keep in mind also that there's an extensive network of other trails there so even if some of the No. 2 trails are closed, hiking will still be possible.
