Cinque Terre or Lake Como

Going in mid October.
How would you split 6 days between Cinque Terre and Lake Como?

I would do 3 days each, both places are worth time andat that time of the year the Cinque Terre won't be overrun with people.

I agree with the first reply, three days in each place would be ideal. Keep in mind that you'll only have two days and a bit, once travel times are included.

Where on Lake Como and which of the five Cinque Terre towns will you be staying? The easiest and quickest way to get from Milano Centrale to Monterosso (Cinque Terre) is to use one of the direct Intercity trains. There are a couple of those each day. Travel to any of the other C.T. towns will take a few minutes longer.

Staying in Manarola.
Seems everyone agrees 3 and 3.
Love the people here. Was on a Facebook site it was awful: snarky, demeaning people arguing politics. Ugh.

I prefer to count nights, not days.
So how many nights are we really talking about?
If 6 nights, then yes I agree to 3 nights each.
If the six days are actually 5 nights, you will have to split 3 in a place and 2 in the other. And where to spend 3 or 2 would be a dilemma for many.

Bellagio and Manarola are both good choices.
