Our family is visting in July and we need to know what hours the hike is open? Please advise

Michelle, I don't recall if there are definite open and closed hours for the trails, but sunset to sundown would be a good guideline. It would NOT be a good idea to be hiking in the dark! You can inquire about the times when you purchase your Park Pass, which is required to hike the trails (there WILL be people checking).

From a Google search: http://www.parks.it/parco.nazionale.cinque.terre/Ecen.php Once you have your permit I believe the trails are open longer. I didn't take the time to read all the website.
