I've been trying to find a good hotel in the Cinque Terre. Thankfully we prefer Monterosso, considering that it seems the bulk of hotels are there (and I will be traveling with someone who has bad knees that can't handle too many stairs!)
I already tried to book the Hotel Pasquale, but unfortunately it isn't available. I checked out La Spiaggia, but warnings about the owner are making me nervous about booking there.
I'm trying to find price info on La Colonnina. This actually seems like a beautiful choice if we can't stay on the beach anyway- the website shows some lovely views from the terraces. Has anyone stayed there or know about their pricing?
Any other great hotel suggestions? Ideally I'd like to keep it around 100-150 euros, however, for something really special I'd be willing to pay more, as we're being pretty conservative on our hotels in other stops during our trip through Italy.
