Also, what is the latest train i can take to Monterosso,
jprich16, did you read the answers to your previous post? You can explore the Trenitalia website for schedules: I'd provided the link:

I'm not sure what your question is about the Monterosso hostel (Hostel 5 Terre?) but at this late date, it may already be booked. I would contact them ASAP and start looking for another hostel/cheap guesthouse in the CT if they don't have a room. Be careful of their locations: you don't want to end up far from the villages with minimal-to-no transport options.

...hopefully do the Full hike starting from Monterosso early in the
monring on Oct 9, 2016.
As I asked in your previous post, which 'hike'? There are many (see the park website I'd linked). Do be aware that 2 of the 4 sections of the Sentiero Azzurro (Blue Trail) are closed: the leg between Corniglia and Manarola, and between Manarola and Riomaggiore. The black line on the website's map indicate these two sections:

There are ways around but an alternate route between Corniglia and Manarola will be much longer/more strenuous. Otherwise, you can take the train to both.
