Adrienne, Without having some idea what your preferences are or what you might consider a "must see", it's difficult to offer suggetions. You might find it helpful to have a look at the Italy 2012 Guidebook, as there's a good description there of some of the activities, restaurants, etc. The book will also provide good suggestions for stay in Tuscany. When is this trip taking place?
