Does anyone have any recommendations on which tour group to book a day trip from Florence to Cinque Terre? We would like one that includes transportation round trip transportation.

This has been asked a few times recently. Try searching at the top of this page for "cinque terre tour" and I'm sure you can find a few threads. As you probably know, it is easy to do the trip yourself by train, but, yes, I know, some people want to do it with a tour, anyway.

This is one tour firm you could check. I don't believe the conduct the tours themselves, but rather act as a broker.
As the previous reply mentioned, this is an easy trip to do on your own.

Easier to just hop on a train and explore on your own. Very easy to do. You can take train ( i think connection through la spezia) . Get off on one of the villages and buy the train pass for the 5 villages for the day. You will be sorry though you didn't spend more than a day - its just the most lovely place!!!
