cinque terre - choice between La Baia and Hotel 5 Terre?

My husband and I will be in Monterosso for 3 nights in May, and the two places I'm trying to decide between are these hotels - La Baia ( 150 Euro) and Hotel 5 Terre (140 Euro incl free parking). Any input would be appreciated (all of my first picks were full)

We stayed at Baia and it was OK.Our rooms overlooked the water and at night we could hear the waves which was pretty neat.Lots of stairs.It was a number of years ago but Steves still has it in his book.If driving its a short distance from the parking lot.
