We are planning my sister's wedding in Cinque Terre in May 2013. There will be 14 people. We need a villa that will allow both areas ( Tuscany and CT) to be accessible by rail. Any recommendations for location to stay?

I can't name any specific villas or other properties, but I would encourage you to consider perhaps in the vicinity of Lucca. Decent rail connections can be had to/from Lucca. However, choosing a suitable villa location will also have something to do with exactly what/where any other plans (sightseeing, etc.) outside the wedding are intended.
