I'm looking for a nice place to stay in Vernazza. We are looking for something not too expensive but still nice. Its for our honeymoon so we're hoping to book in advance and perhaps find a place with a view. Thanks for any help!

Get Rick's Italy book, he lists several good places all along the CT. You can trust his recs as we've learned over the past 11 Europe trips we used his books for hotel recs.

You didn't say when you are going. We are traveling in Sept. I started emailing places a few weeks ago and most places we tried to book said they were already full. From that experience I learned it is never to early to plan.

We stayed in Vernazza last May and were able to use Rick's book at the train station and get an accommodation as soon as we arrived. We found a lot of the places were not willing to prebook more than 1 week ahead. It is very easy to go back and forth between the 5 towns by train so, don't limit yourself to finding accommodations only in Vernazza.
