Cinque Terre 5-Day Hiking

Hi!
We're looking to do a 5-day hike in Cinque Terre. 10 to 15 km each day. What do you recommend?
Levanto to Porto Venere or vice versa.
A mix of coastal trail and ridge trails each day? Or coastal one way, ridge the other way and make a loop.
The villages seem to be done in one day, but we're looking to do a longer trail.
Thanks for any advice!

Hopefully this is during an off season or someone can recommend trails that are not so popular. It took us hours last October just to hike between Vernazza and Monterosso al Mare because the trail was so crowded.

Most of the trails near the sea between the villages would be frustrating for experienced hikers during the mid day hours. In general, the upslope trails will not be crowded. Definitely the direction from Levanto to Portovenere will have the best views. It's often called the Alta Via delle Cinque Terre, and the whole way is about 21 miles. Described in more detail here: https://www.lecinqueterre.org/eng/trekking/altaviadellecinqueterre.php You can shorten it by starting in Monterosso and by returning using the frequent bus from Portovenere to La Spezia Centrale train station. Club Alpino Italiano (CAI) has some online maps that might help (or confuse) with the huge number of possibilities.
