We are traveling from Romaggio to Siena and we are wondering how you get to Siena? I have seen bus? But are there trains? After Siena we are heading to our final destination in sorrento.

I assume you're talking about Riomaggiore to Siena.
You'd take a slow train to LaSpezia and transfer to a regional train to Pisa. There you'd switch to a train to Empoli where you transfer to a train into Siena. Another option would be taking the train from LaSpezia to Florence and catching a bus into the city center of Siena. The buses are across the street from the train station--to the side of McDonalds.
Leaving Siena, take the bus from Piazza Gramsci to the Rome bus station which is located near the "Tiburtina" subway stop. You can then ride the subway into Roma Termini where you'd catch a train down to Naples and another train into Sorrento.
