The original land of pesto! Does anyone know of any cooking school in the Cinque Terra that highlights their culinary flavors, esp. phenomonal pesto?
i've read good things about this place, and it's not too terribly expensive as cooking classes go, but when I inquired about a class in October, they said nothing was planned :( So I can't vouch for them myself...
