We are going to be spending 14 days between Paris and Rome, which is better to spend Christmas day, Paris or Rome? This will decide which one we fly to first and back home from. Thanks in advance!

I spent last Xmas Day in Rome and it was wonderful. The weather is warmer than Paris that time of year-was in the low 50's. Many things like the Metro and museums were closed, but there is so much to see just walking around. I visited a couple churches to see the art Rick describes in his Rome book and had a wonderful day.
