Do you just mean a tour of churches? Try doing a search for Rome private guides in the Search window (filter for 1 year or newer). You might also try looking at 3rd party sites like Viator or Get Your Guide.

A Google search for "Christian tours of Rome" brings up several possibilities.
Some are listed on Get Your Guide, Viator, some are private tours, etc. I'd try to determine the actual tour company and book with them rather than a reseller.

There are also Golf Cart tours in Rome- if walking is difficult it is something consider.
A Google search will bring up those.

We had some friends who had difficulty walking 4 years ago. We used this company. They do a great job of personalizing tours. Contact between us was quick and easy.

Try to do it early in your stay, you’ll see more of Rome and go to some sites you didn’t have on your list
