Can any one suggest some good activity books for kids
about Italy? A couple months earlier I found one that looked great but can't find it any more. I'm getting the Italy Discovery Journal but any suggestions would be apreciated.
Hi Lisa, I am taking my 2 grandsons to Italy this summer. They are 9 and 12. I bought a couple books that look like they'll be fun - and they are small!! Good for packing. The books are Kids Go Europe - Treasure Hunt Florence, and Kids Go Europe - Treasure Hunt Venice. Both books have lots of fun things for the kids to hunt for, and things to do to get points. After they get a certain number of points, then comes a reward. I got both books thru Amazon. I don't know the ages of your kids, but these books look like they'd be good for ages 7 to maybe 14 or 15. Examples, in the Venice book, kids get 2 points for having their picture taken on the Rialto Bridge, 5 points for getting lost and then finding your way, draw a picture of a winged lion, 5 points for saying "Grazie" at the right time, and lots more. Hope this helps, Gail
