We will be traveling to Italy with our daughter and her family, including children ages 2 and 4. We will be using taxis in Rome. What are the child car seat rules there? Will she have to take child seats with her?

If you want car seats then you need to take them with you especially for two children. Knowing Rome even if there is a car seat rule, I doubt if anyone pays much attention to the rule.
