Can anyone suggest a wine cellar tour between Florence and Siena they find interesting? We'll have rental car and 3 days free in mid-February. We've a wine and cellar tour at Fontodi Winery (midway between Greve and Siena). Thanks in advance.

The perfect place is right in the town where Fontodi is located - Panzano. There are lots of fun wine experiences nearby - I recommend Volpaia and Panzanello - but there are many many more. Just google those and you will find what you need.
The village of Panzano is charming. The wine bar (Enoteca Baldi) has great food and a wonderful wine selection.
Panzano is also the home of Itlay's favorite butcher (Dario Cecchini). Dario now has a restaurant called Solociccio (which translates to "only meat"). It is a fantastic experience.
Panzano is exactly between Florence and Siena allowing easy day trips all over Chianti. Have fun.
